Ab Coaster User Review
Pros:
To use the Ab Coaster effectively; you need to sit back and pull yourself up to get that resistance striking your mid-section of your belly.
As you come back from pulling yourself up; you need to control the motion so you get more benefits of the machine.
Cons:
Without controlling the motion in coming back is less effective.
Excess strain on your elbow even if you have it is suspended in the pads.
I am a pro-body builder and i will not recommend the Ab Coaster to anyone who is trying to get ripped abs.
It is costly and causes so much strain on your arms and elbows.
