Bodylastics exercise bands

I have been using the basic Bodylastics exercise bands set for about five months now. What a great purchase. For less than $100 I've been able to perform dozens of exercises. These bands give me a great burn because they give such good resistance.

I travel a lot, too, and I usually pack my Bodylastics set in my carry-on bag. They aren't heavy and don't take up much space at all.

Definitely a great buy. Probably the best exercise equipment I've ever bought.
