Bosu 3D System Balance Trainer Review

Here you'll find our Bosu 3D System Balance Trainer Review . . .

A Bosu balance trainer is commonly referred to as "Bosu ball" and is a newer type of fitness equipment similar to an exercise ball but smaller. The top looks like a small exercise ball that is rounded, but the bottom is flat with a hard support that sits on the floor. You can do a wide variety of exercise movements while standing on top of it so that your body is put off balance and your muscles must work to hold itself steady through the movement.

A Bosu 3D System Balance trainer is the same as a standard Bosu ball, but it has a tall handle that can be gripped for additional support so you can do an even wider variety of movements on the ball. Rather than doing individual movements, you can perform entire workouts without stepping off of the Bosu ball.

While the handlebar is great for balance, it also can be adjusted to deliver alternate amounts of resistance throughout the workout. This means you will challenge your muscles even more than you would on a regular Bosu ball without the handlebar.

What's Included with the Bosu Balance Trainer?

The Bosu 3D system balance trainer is a complete training program that includes the Bosu Trainer with adjustable handlebar, a set of resistance bands which are designed to work with the trainer, and an eating guide that will pump up your results even more if followed correctly.

In addition, you can now get three free workout videos with your purchase of the Bosu Trainer system. These workouts focus on everything from step cardio training to strength training and abdominal work. The popular Chalene Johnson is the instructor of the Pilates-based strength workout which is designed to lengthen the body and make it leaner and better toned.

Bosu 3D System Balance Trainer Advantages

The best thing about this package deal is that you can use it in so many different ways. You can use the Bosu trainer alone to perform your own movements, such as standing on the ball to do arm movements so that the entire body is challenged and toned instead of just one body part at a time.

You can also use the Bosu 3D System Balance trainer along with the videos to ensure you are working at a high enough intensity to make a real difference in your body. The videos will also give additional ideas on individual movements and workouts that can be done on your own later on.

Finally, the Bosu trainer is a smaller piece of equipment which can be taken with you while traveling. It also doesn't take up much room and is fairly lightweight if you need to move it around frequently.

Bosu Balance Trainer Disadvantages

There really is no real disadvantage to this product, except that it can be a bit challenging for some people at first. If you don't have really good balance you will have to practice standing on it until your balance improves, but then you will be able to perform very effective workouts that challenge the body and stimulate real change.

This level of initial challenge is a reflection of the high quality workout the Bosu Balance Trainer delivers. Once you get the hang of it, this is a very effective workout which delivers results rather quickly.

Selling for around $200, the Bosu 3D System Balance Trainer is complete package is an affordable alternative to expensive pieces of home fitness equipment such as a treadmill or elliptical machine. Recommended.
