Bowflex PR3000 Home Gym Review

With the Bowflex PR300 Home Gym, hitting every muscle group in the body is easy with the Power Rod resistance system, cable pulleys, and built in rowing system. All of these devices are designed to promote effective total body workout sessions.

No matter what type of intensity in the workout you are looking for, you can achieve a solid workout with this Bowflex Home Gym since it can offer up to 210lbs of resistance through the Power Rods.

If you're unfamiliar with Power Rods, here's the deal in a nutshell: they provide resistance that is every bit as challenging as free weights.  The benefit?  You don't have the inertia or risk of joint pain (or injury) that typically comes with plate-style weights.

Also, increasing or decreasing the resistance is a snap with Power Rods. Simply hook one, two, three, four or all of your rods to the cable pulleys, and you can go between 5 and 210 pounds of resistance.

Want a tougher workout? You can add up to 310lbs of weight if need be.

Of course, low intensity workouts are also possible since the weight your carry on the system will be based on how it is adjusted. Again, this is a total body system with a lot of flexibility.

The classic bench press attachment is included and so is a leg extension attachment designed to aid in developing the quad muscles to a significant degree.

Lat pull downs can also be performed and they are excellent for developing the upper back quite efficiently so their inclusion should not be overlooked.

You really cannot go wrong in terms of crafting the perfect workout when you can hit the arms, chest, and legs in such an easy and effective manner with the Bowflex PR3000 Home Gym.
