Can a disabled person use the gazelle glider?

by CHARLENE

I have joint, knee, and hip problems and trouble walking or standing for too long. Can I use the Gazelle Edge Glider?

Response from Exercise-Equipment-Advisor.com:

Hi Charlene,

The Gazelle Edge Glider definitely offers low-impact aerobic exercise that may provide some relief to your joints during use. I think it's certainly worth looking into. A number of users who have experienced injuries have found that the Gazelle Edge gives them a vehicle to enjoy a good workout without the stress of walking. Discuss it with your doctor, and if you get the green light--go ahead. :-)

Hope this helps,

Brandon
