Horizon Fitness T91 Treadmill - Horrible Experience

I have spent the last year trying to get this treadmill to work consistently. I've only had the treadmill for 3 years! I am not a runner, nor do I log more than an hour 3 days a week of walking on it! It's never been above 3.2 speed. Between Horizon Fitness, U.S. Assembly and Fitness Remedy...I have paid the equivalent to the value of the treadmill trying to replace the motor. I have replaced the motor three times, with the same issue re-occurring! The cog wheel after 25 minutes begins to rub against the sensor causing a hideous noise. This has happened with two other alleged "new" motors. I have had less than optimal response or lack thereof from Customer Service or the repair vendors that they recommend.

Just disgusted.
