Iron Gym Review

Constructed of durable, strong materials, this training system supports a maximum body weight of 300 lbs. It can fit in most doorway frames so one can easily squeeze in a quick workout, whether in the workplace or the comfort of your own house.

You can start the workout by hanging it on the doorframe, which takes only a few seconds.  Perform your desired pull-ups or other exercises, and then place it on the floor to go through another set of exercises--such as push-ups, dips, or crunches.

Although you may worry about allowing your full weight to hang from the Iron Gym, it is made of such tough components that you needn't worry about breaking it.  It uses leverage to remain securely attached to the doorframe, without the risk of causing damage.

What makes this different from other fitness equipment is that both men and women can use it without the latter getting intimidated by it.  It is an appropriate and effective way of working on your back, chest, arms, and abdominal areas.

Also, the padded handles are strategically placed so that it can work well both for the inner and outer back muscles.

When placed on the ground, those who do workouts that target the triceps can work on it easily as well.  Although it can be a little bit hard on the shoulders, the dips can easily be managed since Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar is closer to the ground.

The workout bar is a breeze to assemble--out of the box, you can put it together within ten minutes. After putting in your workout, simply store it in a closet or under a bed.

Summary

The Iron Gym is an inexpensive, highly effective piece of exercise equipment. If you lack the space or the budget for a more elaborate home gym, this is a good alternative.
