Life Fitness X5 Cross-Trainer

I have owned the Life Fitness X5 cross-trainer elliptical now for three years. I like the unit but the company does not have very good service. A repair technician came out to service the unit and told me it was fixed. The next day I had the same problem with it (bearing noise). I called the company and told them that the unit was not fixed. It took them three weeks to send the technician back out and and he worked on it again, but the next day the problem was back. Now two months have passed and many calls later, the company is sending the technician back out for the third time. To top it off the company has charged my credit card for the repairs that are not done. They get $100.00 an hour for labor and $90.00 to just show up. I will not buy another product from Life Fitness again, the BBB gives them an F rating.
