The CE 7.4 elliptical trainer from Smooth Fitness will
provide you with weightbearing, low impact, cardiovascular exercise

ankles.
Utilizing electromagnetic resistance, it offers 16 intensity levels,
providing a workout for users at all levels of fitness.
A big advantage of this cross-trainer are the ergonomic pivoting foot
pedals. These pedals mimic the natural motion of your ankles, supports
your heel, and helps you maintain proper alignment throughout the
elliptical cycle. This is key to minimizing joint impact and preventing
injury.
With a 21-inch stride length, the Smooth CE 7.4 Elliptical is also
ideal for users of various heights.
The electromagnetic braking system that allows easy transitions and
stops. The heavy duty flywheel offers a fluid, quiet ride.
