Teeter Inversion Table Review

Let's check out the Teeter Inversion Table . . .

Inversion therapy tables have been around for quite some time, but not many people know how inversion therapy contributes toward your overall health. Many use these pieces of fitness equipment to improve their flexibility, posture, blood circulation, and to alleviate back pain as well.

The way inversion tables work is simple: you strap your feet into the ankle clamps at the bottom and flip yourself until you're upside down.  Gravity does the rest.

As simple as it sounds, just a few minutes a day of inversion therapy can benefit your health. The exercise serves to elongate the spine, relieving stress on discs, ligaments, and nerves. The result? A significant reduction in back pain, headaches, and stress on your neck.
